Chef Yia Vang is bringing a taste of his buzzy Hmong restaurant, Vinai, to Target Field this season, along with other local newcomers, including TokiDoki Burger and Niko Niko Boba.

Vinai’s sweet and sour fried pork will be served in the ballpark’s Truly On Deck, located on the club level in right field. A grilled Spam sandwich and a chopped southwest burger, both from concessionaire Delaware North, are also new additions at the hard seltzer-branded bar.

TokiDoki Burger, a new Eat Street restaurant from the owner of Ramen Kazama, is serving two flavors of chicken wings, dry rub or sweet sauce, on the main concourse.

Local chain Niko Niko Boba is offering a Hawaiian fruit tea, signature milk tea, and strawberry lemon spritz from a cart near Section 107. The boba tea shop also operates at Eat Street Crossing food hall in Southwest and many Twin Cities malls.

Mexican restaurant Taco Libre is expanding beyond the suburbs to Target Field, where it’s serving an 18-inch “machete” quesadilla and a rice bowl with chicken or steak.

Kramarczuk's has been at Target Field since it opened in 2010. This year, the eastern European deli is debuting a new brat sampler, featuring its locally-made Polish, bratwurst, and “cherry bomb” sausages.

Pizza Lucé, another longtime vendor, made a new pickle pizza that’s available exclusively at Target Field, in the Cutwater Cocktail Bar at Minnie & Paul's, which can be found on the club level at center field.

Official Fried Chicken is adding hot honey chicken tenders and waffles and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich to its menu near Gate 34.

Stadium staple Soul Bowl is back this season as well with a new item, the Caribe bowl, featuring jerk BBQ chicken, sweet plantains, yellow rice, diced pineapples, and green onions.

Also new to Target Field this season are self-serve markets where fans can quickly grab cold beer and hot food near Sections 105 and 109.

The Minnesota Twins hold their home opener against the Houston Astros on Thursday. So far, the Twins aren't off to a great start, but hopefully they can end their losing streak at Target Field.
