Eli’s Food & Cocktails quietly closed in downtown Minneapolis at the end of June, and now its two neighboring sister restaurants in Northeast are on the market.

Eli’s East and Beast Barbecue, both located on Hennepin Avenue in the Nicollet Island-East Bank neighborhood, remain open while its current owners look for buyers, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reports. The asking price for Eli’s East at 815 E. Hennepin Ave. is $1.95 million and Beast Barbecue at 825 E. Hennepin Ave. is $2.5 million. Online listings for the two restaurants suggest both the properties and the businesses could be for sale.

Eli’s Food & Cocktails at 1225 Hennepin Ave. shuttered after Pride weekend. The business had operated in downtown  Minneapolis since 1960, according to the Star Tribune.

Owners haven’t responded to requests for comment.
